I miss calculated what my gross income should be and it is 400 dollars more then what's on my w2.

How did you do that? Didn't you enter your W2? Did you already file?

If your return is accepted then you have to wait for it to fully process and you get the refund and then mail in an Amended 1040X return to correct it.
