I filed my taxes as soon as I got my w-2 on January 12, 2022. I was expected to get $1551 back, and that looked accurate. Soon after, my taxes were accepted so I was waiting for it to be deposited. I wanted direct deposit since it would only take 21 days. They sent me a sliver of $151 on February 24, 2022, and stated adjustments were made due to dependents. First of all I have no children or dependents. I have been making phone calls in circles and no one can help me. I feel like I have been robbed. This is absolutely unacceptable and I wish for someone get back to me ASAP.

If your refund is less than you expected by a large amount, then it is likely that the IRS has corrected your return for errors they have found on your return. No information about the corrections is given to anyone at TurboTax by the IRS.
As the discrepancy is exactly $1,400, it is likely that you have claimed the Recovery rebate credit for a missing third stimulus and the IRS has disallowed it.
In the next few weeks, the IRS will send a notice explaining the changes they have made on your return.
If you agree, then no further action is needed.
If you do not agree with the changes, the notice will explain what you need to do to appeal the IRS decision.

I believe I selected no when it asked if I received the recovery rebate, and at the time I did not know it was referencing the third stimulus payment. So I should have picked yes. I was supposed to get the whole $1551 amount, I have no debt or dependents. And we aren’t even supposed to pay the stimulus payment back. I just want the return that I am entitled to. Is there a way to fix this?
The maximum amount of the 3rd stimulus payment made in 2021 was $1,400. Since you can see your adjusted amount, you do not need to do anything as the IRS has already "fixed" it.
But on my w2 where is shows about how much I paid in taxes that I should get back, it states 1551. And the past 2 years I filed, the numbers quoted always were similar to what I was refunded, so it shouldn’t be different. I only received 151$. I’ve never received an amount that low. There must be some other sort of error. Do I just have to wait till I get the letter to do something about this? I don’t want my hard earned money to just go down the drain.
Your refund could change from year to year for many different reasons. Since we cannot see your return, you should compare this year's return to last year's and do a line-by-line comparison of what changed. This is the only way you will be able to determine if there is an error with this year's return.
"w2 where is shows about how much I paid in taxes that I should get back, "
wrong. the amount on your w-2 is not how much you should get back.
If you get all that back it means your tax is zero. That's possible but not too common.
