Missing funds

This does not make any sense many people that delt with TurboTax and their so call third party banks shouldn't have to worry about there refund and delays of deposit or via checks being sent out if many people are still waiting on their refund from the third party bank green dot and haven't gotten it yet might need to file a huge lost suit how do you have a company where you can not get in contact with but only through the automatic system...

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
