Missing funds, did not receive my approved IRS amount

Missing 1000 from my return. No offsets. I did not receive my approved IRS AMOUNT. I have reached out to the president of intuit, waiting for a response! I hope he is looking to it because multiple people are missing money this year and the IRS is not to blame. The amount should reflect the same as Where’s my refund. TruboTax fees do not amount to 1000.00.

I will keep posting until this is resolved. I see multiple post about the same issue. Just random amounts of money missing.

On this public forum, we do not have detailed information about refund processing. 

First, have you checked the IRS' Where's My Refund website?  It may have information about a correction or an offset.  For more details on why your refund could be less than expected, please see this Help Article.  

If you have verified it is not any of the above scenarios and you utilized the Pay with My Refund method, please reach out to our third-party processor, SBTPG.  You can do this at their Help page.  You can call using the numbers listed, or you can scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request.
