I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

@traceyra you should e able to get your tax papers from off turbo that should help it would have the information from your w2 on there @tyronda3894  idk because I’m not sure if I did id verification when I called it was about something else the reason I got 9001 but she could’ve did it all in one when she asked but she didn’t say that’s why I had it

@tyronda3894 yes they will let you know after they have entered in & submitted all of your answers to their questions.

I have my returns from turbo tax. But t only gives the whole income amount and the whole fed taken out. It doesn’t break it down to whichemployer took what

Looks like virtually EVERYONE in the USA is getting a Code 9001... I'm no exception. However, the crazy thing is, when I go the IRS page to set up online access to my tax transcripts the system says my information does not match what they have on file. That's nuts because I've used info directly from my tax returns from the past several years and nothing has changed. Anyone else having that issue?

Just get them mailed out it might take a few weeks but I couldn’t get online transcripts either

I didn’t have to to the verification but I still have the 9001 code.

anyone having issues with the ID verify site its because your using your cell phone - I was finally able to create an account and verify with a computer - it asked my AGI - refund amount and deposit act number to verify now it says it will be 2-9 weeks to finish processing the return and see an update on WMR
