@traceyra you should e able to get your tax papers from off turbo that should help it would have the information from your w2 on there
@tyronda3894 idk because I’m not sure if I did id verification when I called it was about something else the reason I got 9001 but she could’ve did it all in one when she asked but she didn’t say that’s why I had it
