Mailed in a return, not using turbotax and need to amend. Can i file amended with turbotax electronically or do i need to mail in?

The federal amended return must be printed and mailed, as they are not allowed to be e-filed. 

For a state return, you can only e-file an amended state return for the states of NY or VT.  All other amended state returns must be mailed to your state.
