Lost tax return

I filed in early April, NY State processed my return and sent refund within 3 weeks.  Federal required verification, I was filing from a new address.  I made an error on computer verification and needed to verify via phone.  I successfully verified and was told that it would take 8-9 weeks for my return to be processed.  It is now 19 weeks and my IRS account says my return is still being processed. I can't get anyone on the phone, the site shows my return as having been entered, but every phone call simply ends with the automated voice saying your return is still being processed.  There are no notes in my account, and it does not show that I am being audited.  What is going on, can you give me any insight ?

1) Choose your language,
2) Then choose option 2
3) Then 1
4) Then 3
5) Then 2
6) When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN do nothing – wait - - After it asks twice, you will get another menu
7) Then 2

It should then transfer you to an agent. if its phone lines are busy, you may be on hold for a long while or disconnected
