The IRS is stating my 2018 Federal Income tax was never filed. I did my 2018 through Turbo Tax and did not get an email stating it was rejected. Can someone look into this?

No. No one has access to your account(s) or your tax returns. You have to look for yourself. And is the IRS saying that you did not actually file a tax return or are they saying you did not pay your 2018 tax due? Your only proof that you paid tax due would be your own bank/credit card records.
Look in your TT account for 2018 and see what it says. If it says anything other than "Accepted" (like "rejected," "printed" or "ready to mail") that means the return was not filed successfully.
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
In order to file your 2018 return you will have to print, sign and mail it. E-filing is closed for 2018 returns.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
I can not access the email [email address removed]. My ex claimed my son who I have taken care of and has lived with me since 3/2019. I dont know what to do. I submitted a paper file 4/2020. Can you help me please?
