For questions about your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call toll free at (888) 285-4169. Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #1 again, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

@Babygregory09 If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, log in to report it lost/stolen. 

Or, if it is past 10 business days and you have not received your card,  you can click here for the customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

1. Listen to the recording 
2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

Please return to your post and remove the personal information you posted to a very public web site.  Click the three little blue dots on the upper right to edit out your address.  Beware of anyone who tries to contact you and pretends to be from TurboTax now. This site can be seen by scammers and identlty thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax. And....the IRS will NEVER call you.

I had a card from turbo around March. I lost that card but my stimulus is to go on there today April 15, 2020. Is there a way I can get that card replaced. I have no information of this card. only the information about me. so what do I need to do to get that lost card
