live tax advisor messages?

Still looking for the location of messages from the live tax advisor.  Using the MAC desktop version of turbotax deluxe with the live tax advisor addition. Received several emails -- 

"Hi there!

Your expert just sent you a new message about your return.

To check your messages and respond, sign in to your TurboTax account.

Sign in"

The "sign in" link takes me to a page with no messages or mailbox or instructions to find either.

TurboTax Live is available for TurboTax Online customers only. TurboTax Live isn't available in the TurboTax Desktop software. See this help article.

I recommend that you contact TurboTax Support for assistance. They may be able to set up a Glance screenshare session if needed.

It is available for an additional $50 paid from within the application during processing.
