Literally just finished filing then I realized I didn’t add all of my W-2 forms. Is there any way I could go back after filing?

Once you hit submit, there is no way to go back in and change anything within the return.

You will need to wait for your tax return to finish being processed and then amend your return.

You can amend your return by following the instructions here.
