My KY tax return still sits with Turbotax as Pending. How long do I continue to wait until I get help

to find the problem with the Electronic Filing either at Turbotax or at KY tax dept.?

After that, e-filed returns generally sit in Pending status for 24–48 hours before coming back as either Accepted or Rejected. Sometimes state returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer. Please see the FAQ link provided below for assistance:
