I am filing 2015 tax return. It is a refund. Is there any other form that I should include in the return or any other special action that should be taken? Thanks!

Just include the filing copies of all your W-2s and any 1099s that show federal tax withheld. And include all the forms that make up your tax return. If you are using a TurboTax desktop product, you can select to print out all official forms required for filing.
