Just because I did them online and paid Turbotax but did NOT e-file, can I redo them and re-print them (and even re-pay for them) but NOT amend what the IRS doesn't have?

If you have mailed in the return you printed off, you will have to amend your return to make any changes. 

If you have not mailed your return, then you can change the information within the return, and then print off the updated version to mail in. To change your return, please click on add a state (don't worry, this is only to allow you back into the return, not to add an additional state). Doing so will allow you to get back into your return.
