Is Tax Act 152 the same as the path act message?

@sydrynyasmom Tomorrow you will see something Different... I say that because the 16th is the Official day for PATH filers to receive there Refunds. Many did today and they were a part of our "PATH TEST" check WMR after 3am if your still up or check it in the morning to see your update.

I was accepted 2/3 and have had path for pretty  much right after that. Any idea what Ddd I will get?

@Brenbrad1 The IRS processes some taxpayers tax refunds on a weekly basis and some on a daily basis. The weekly processed taxpayers accounts are because the taxpayer met 2 or more disqualifiers(Fraud,Pre-Refund Reviews etc) If you have issues if see no change by the 17th then you can call if you want but the Best call is to your Bank to check Pending Transactions and checking WMR. Trust tomorrow is going to be a better day.

I've never really known for sure if I'm a weekly but I only see updates on sat it seems like. I saw those criteria somewhere and none seem to be applicable to me.  Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!

I'm kinda worried..  I filed and accepted 2-2-17. My brother filed same day.. we both have eitc and actc. He got the path act message last Fri.  However, I still have one bar n no path act message. Can anyone tell me if thats good or bad.. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

@veilsdawn Don't worry not sure if you saw my earlier comment:@Everyone Your $$$ is coming if you have any questions feel free (IRS SUPERVISOR 11yrs) I will say tho, Trust the system and know the IRS can only release refunds in cycles and you ultimately will receive your Refund. Someone who filed the first day could easily get their refund long after someone who filed last week and gets their refund today. Remember everyone's situation is different and this year RED FLAGGED accounts are being scrutinized VERY CLOSELY. @veilsdawn You may end up like the Millions of Americans that get their money and are already shopping before they see that second bar or anything! Lol Trust

I pray that's true.. waiting stresses me out. My brother keeps saying im flagged, but there shouldn't be any reason for it. Same home for 12 yrs..husband for 16 yrs and our four children..hasn't changed any..
