Did you efile? If you are sure your efiled return was accepted (check at the Tax Home in your Online TurboTax account), then what does the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say:
NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
Look at your return. The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
Also be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status there.
The IRS says 9 out of 10 filers who efile and choose direct deposit will get their refunds within 21 days. Some returns are processed fairly quickly, while others require additional processing due to specific items in the return. Some are pulled at random for more thorough investigation.
NOTE: By law (the PATH Act), the IRS will not begin issuing refunds on tax returns claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit or Additional Child Tax Credit until after February 15. So filers with those credits likely won't get their refunds until late February, or in some cases, early March.

This also happened to me as well... I have recieved my federal taxes already... but when I try to track my state refund... doesnt matter witch tool I use... it states my information is incorrect... or shows no information at all... everything has been accepted... and I've checked my turbo tax page and email for any information of being approved... why does it keep saying my info is wrong when it is not?
When checking on the status of your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund (WMR) site, you may get the message: We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgment e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS.
You might receive this message because:
