Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I had an offset. IRS just finished my case. Turbo tax took their fees from my checking account last week. Will my refund still go to sbtpg before my bank receives it?

So you are getting a partial refund after the offset?

Yes, it should still go through SBTPG's bank because the IRS only has the deposit info for your temporary account at SBTPG's bank. That's all they were provided for deposit info when you efiled.   Your actual bank account info went to SBTPG when you efiled and is to be used in the second direct deposit.

Once the IRS has released your funds, you can log in to your temporary account at SBTPG to see the status of your funds.

To log in, choose the taxpayer portal at:

SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours.  Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.

Yes the offset is my husbands and we don’t live in a community property state so I’m fortunate enough to receive a partial refund thanks to the injured spouse form.

It’s the 1st year TT has had to deduct their prep fees from our checking account due to the process taking so long this year.  And the it’s said our case closed out last Friday so now we are just waiting
