I filed and extension for my husband and i but he is not on the form that was submitted what do I do now

It's normal to see only the primary taxpayer's information on the printed form but the extension covers both spouses when you file a joint return. (Even if you left off one spouse entirely by accident - as long as you file a joint return, the extension covers both regardless)
