You should have received an email outlining the process of the refund advance including virtual card information.  Check your junk mail as it may be in there as well - This email will be from Turbo Tax. Also, please call the Turbo Tax Prepaid Card customer service at the number here to obtain a replacement:

We can't give you an exact date at this time. Refunds can be issued in less than 21 days, but there are cases where it can take longer to process. updates what stage your return is in and the IRS site updates when you can expect your refund:

  • E-filing status is what stage of the process your return is in.
  • Refund status is when you can expect you refund.

Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS.

It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates.

Please see below for more information on what accepted means:

See the video in this link for a really good explanation of the process:

It's been three weeks and I still ain't got my card.i would really like to know what is going on.

I went with the Rapid Refund Loan option. So I could not only get a little money before my tax refund was complete. But also to have my card in hand by the time they deposit my tax refund on it. I was approved for the Rapid Refund Loan and money was deposited on the card. That was said to arrive within 5-10 business days. Well it's going on four weeks now and still no card. I would like to know where it's at. Because that's the card not only is my loan money on but the card they will put my tax refund on. So if I have no card then I sure don't want all my money put on it. Do I need another card sent and the other one canceled. Please help me. Thanks, Elvis
