It's been 5 weeks and I still haven't received it. and it appears on the turbotax website that the refund has been approved, but when I emailed the ohio tax department, they sent me an email like this (There is not a 2024 Ohio state income tax return on file for the Social Security Number provided. We are unable to verify the receipt of a mailed tax return until it posts to our system. If someone prepared your return for you, please contact them to go over electronic filing options to have them resubmit the return. If you used an online service please make sure that the return was submitted and accepted.) What should I do in this case? NOTE: federal tax refund has been deposited

Go back into your TurboTax account and double check to be sure that you DID submit the state return when you submitted the federal return.  It is possible to select to only e-file one return.

If it shows you did, you can contact TurboTax via the phone to see if they can see that your return was transmitted and give you the transmission number for you to reach back out to Ohio with.
