It's been 25 weeks since I mailed my amended return and nothing is showing in the IRS system. Can I eFile my 2019 amended return again in 2021?

TT has not open e-filing for amended returns.

Since "TT has not open e-filing for amended returns" is no form of English I recognize, can you take another go at a response? And in a form of English that we natives might recognize, please?
