Can someone help me figure out when my State will come out of my account. I set the date for it to come out Feb 17th, 2018, but it has yet to come out. What’s going on?

I have  already gotten my Federal refund back, and I set a certain date (02/17/18) for my State to come out that I owe (which is on a Saturday) and it still hasn’t came out yet. So I waited til Monday to see if that made a difference but it still hasn’t come out.
