It keeps saying I hit a snag while I try to file my amendment

Are you trying to file an amended return for the current year, or a previous year?

Also, Turbo Tax is unable to e-file an amended return, all amended returns must be printed and mailed.

I am trying to file an amended return for a previous year but when I try to print it it gives me that error message
