It has been 35 days since my taxes were accepted and I still have not received my refund. The irs website says my taxes are still processing. Am I eligible for interest?

Not yet. The IRS has 45 days from the filing deadline of your return (April 17, 2018 this year) to send you your refund. So, if you don't have your refund around the beginning of June 2018, they might send you interest.
