Issue Downloading Previous Year Return

I need to download by 2018 tax return that I filed with TurboTax. However, when I sign into the TurboTax dashboard, and scroll down, click "Your Tax Returns & Documents", select 2018, and then click any of the download options, it loads a page that says the following:

"Looks like you didn't file with us last year or you filed using a TurboTax product that doesn't include access to prior-year returns.

To download your prior-year TurboTax returns, just get started with your 2020 tax return in the TurboTax product that's right for you."

Why would I not be able to download my past returns? The amount of hoops I am having to jump through for a tax return that I paid for is ridiculous. After further digging in the fine print, I found out I can put in a request to download all of my customer data, which should include my previous tax returns filed with Turbo Tax. However, this request "usually takes up to 15 days" 15 days to download a PDF I paid for, 5 years ago. And unfortunately, I need it now. I have no choice but to get on the phone with customer service and see if they have the ability to resolve this any quicker. I don't have a lot of faith. 

Anyone else had this issue? Is there another way to access these documents?

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Start the 2022 online tax return by entering some personal information then click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
