Is TurboTax taking our refunds?????

Why are we not receiving our full refunds? why is TurboTax fees being paid with state? Why did I only get a partial refund for my state? Where is that other money going? why are the calculations wrong in the email that it said I was receiving what state I have no offset I do not owe money, but evidently a TurboTax is broke, and they need to take our money and hold it for whatever reason. this is ridiculous. I am never using TurboTax again. explains why the lawsuit happened in the first place.

Your refund could be offset.

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.  

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.
