Want to print worksheets. Printed but did not file

To print your return/worksheets:

1. Sign in - Continue your/take me to my return 
   Choose My Account v (top right) then Print Center 
   
2. Print, save or preview this year's return 
3. Choose your printing options (all forms or forms filed with gov't plus all worksheets), then view or print or save to my computer.

My account is not there. When I go to print center I can only print returns not worksheets.

Is the problem because I am using TurboTax online?

Print center is under tools on left side of screen. Printing worksheets is not a choice. Only choices are printing state & federal returns.
