Is the IRS accepting files later this year? I filled on the 16th and im still pending

they just started...officially..today.

Yours? Probably "Sometime" this week.

There are too many waiting...and the IRS only pulls in small batches, randomly from all the software providers...only a small portion that the IRS thinks they can gather without crashing.

Last year (or the year before?) the IRS computers crashed anyhow..and delayed processing some more while they reset.

Received a text msg from +1 907 799 7086 (Alaska!) with IRS logo claiming my 2024 tax return is pending acceptance. Should click a link before 24 hrs. Obvious fraud.
