The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed. You'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay, but you can always check your e-file status to make sure it's been accepted. Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?
I pu my info and it doesn't recognize me. Said my refund is accepted but I have received anything. Just wanted to know if it's gonna go into my account or bank.
If you used the Where's My Refund? link to check the status of your refund, you need your SSN, Filing Status, and Refund Amount (Form 1040, Line 35a). The site will tell you when your funds are being sent to the bank.
Whatever option you chose when you Efiled, is where your refund will go.
Save a copy of your return as a PDF file, and read the Filing Instructions page if you don't remember what your choice was. We can't see your return in this forum.
