Is anyone else experiencing delays with receiving their refund?

I’m trying to figure out why the delay, when it’s supposed to be deposited into the account. Did you pay turbo tax with refund ?

Yes! I contacted my bank, they said they receive funds from the financial institution that collect the fees with is SBTG! So they have not sent the funds! This makes me not want to file with TT anymore!

SBTPG will process that transaction (deduct the TurboTax fees, then transfer the payment to your bank account). If that is the case, you can track that process by clicking here. In most cases, refunds are not delayed by using refund processing to pay your fees. I would contact SBTPG directly to find out why there is a delay. It could be due to the large amount of filers who claimed the EIC or CTC getting their refunds today.

Yes. My refund is three weeks behind schedule going on four weeks. I did have EITC, but this is ridiculous. Did the free version of Turbo Tax, so I don’t owe anyone money. Anyone else experiencing this issue? The IRS app says “in process.”

If it's been over 21 days since your return was accepted, and you still haven't received your refund, you should call the IRS directly. Go here for steps to reach a live IRS agent when you call.
