Is anyone else experiencing an extremely delayed tax return? I filed 5 weeks ago, but the IRS has closed all contact options, so I don't know what to do.

I read on the IRS website, that they are not processing returns right now. 

 

"Note: We are not currently able to process individual paper tax returns due to the COVID-19 outbreak."
