If you had no TurboTax fees, then the deposit involves only the IRS and your bank.
First view or print your return and look at the deposit information to be sure the account and routing numbers were correct.
The IRS says wait up to 5 days before contacting your bank due to variations in different bank processing times/procedures. You can ask your bank if a direct deposit was attempted and refused.
If after 5 days, your bank still says they didn't receive it, you can phone the IRS to verify where they sent the funds.

How do I see the income tax Form the irs uses to pay refund
I do have a Turbo tax credited to my acct but where is my refund.
Once your return has been accepted (received) by the government, they take over the refund status update duties, since they hold the purse strings. The status in TurboTax will remain as "accepted."
Check the IRS Where's My Refund site for the latest word on your federal tax refund, and your state government's refund lookup service for your state’s status.
Does this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say your funds have actually been sent?

Were you having the refund direct deposited to your bank account directly ?
If the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS FAQ page says to allow "up to 5 days" due to variations in bank processing procedures and times.
If so did you enter the correct routing & account number for an ACH transfer ? Here is how you can see your deposit information:
Your direct deposit information will be at the bottom of your Form 1040.
To view your 1040 after filing, Sign into TurboTax > Taxes > Tax Timeline > Some other things you can do > Download/print (.pdf).
Please see the following FAQ article below if you entered in the wrong bank account information.

Did you have any TurboTax Fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund? If so, your funds go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. If you used that service, we can give you more details, and how to log into the intermediary company (SBTPG) to check on the funds.
