Irs refund bar is gone

This is normal. This has to do with the irs.gov where's my refund site having too much traffic and lagging. This is causing images not to display and information about your federal tax return to not show up. You can check out the link provided below for more information on the missing status bar:

I have 2 more questions i qualify for a free tax filing because my husband is disabled and i made 6615.00 last year, you guys owe me a refund.... why did you charge me knowing i qualified for free tax filing? And 2. Can you please tell me what my status is on my refund.... for 200.00 i certainly havent received any kind of help except for 1 generic answer...

I've tried connecting to a live specialist for the past 10 days..... I'm tired of lies, not getting help, people taking advantage of me... Liberty tax did it last year your company did it this year.........
