As stated on this IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/economic-impact-payments-on-their-way-visit-irsgov-instead-of-calling
The IRS cannot change payment information, including bank account or mailing information. If an eligible taxpayer does not get a payment or it is less than expected, it may be claimed on the 2020 tax return as the Recovery Rebate Credit.
If you do not received the 2nd stimulus payment by January 15, 2021, it can be entered on your 2020 federal tax return as a tax credit on Form 1040 Line 30. The program asks about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section.
You can enter bank routing and account numbers for direct deposit of a tax refund in the File section of the TurboTax program on Step 2.
Did the IRS mail you a check? If so, it might still be in the postal system, which is woefully behind in moving the mail these days.
