I did not file taxes for 2015, 2014...how will that effect my 2016 return?

I'm expecting a return of close to $600.00 will I still recieve that amount in full even though I haven't files for those years?

IRS has held refunds when prior returns were not filed.  It does not happen in all cases, however.

I do suggest you get those prior years taken care of. The 2014 return if there is a refund will be barred from collecting it if you wait for another year.
