IRS Free Fillable Forms Payment Question

I filed my 1040 through freefillableforms on 3/8 and it was accepted the same day. I scheduled the amount due to be paid on 3/10. It's been over 2 weeks and the payment still hasn't come out of my bank account.

I triple checked the account number and routing number. I called e-file payment services at 1-888-353-4537 and they just told me they aren't seeing any payment but gave me no info on how to resolve.

I filed the same way last year around the same time of year and the payment came out when it was supposed to.

Can you help me understand why my payment has not been processed? It's been over 10 business days.
