Did you use TurboTax to file a return and have now received an IRS letter/notice? What type? There should be a CP or LTR number in the right corner. And for what tax year?
What is the IRS alleging, and what do they want you to do? If it's not clear, you may need to phone the IRS to ask them.
Did you purchase Audit Defense for the tax year in question? If so, we can tell you how to contact the company that handles that (intuit.taxaudit.com)
If you did not purchase Audit Defense, you can phone TurboTax free Audit Support Center for guidance. To get the phone number go to the page at the link, click the blue "Get Help" button, and follow the prompts.
