Solved: Intuit seems to have incorrect information on e-file for 1040-X

I need to amend the 2020 & 2019 returns. I have completed the amending , the online system says I cannot e-file a 1040-X. Even this link says the same thing:"For years prior to 2021, you'll need to print and mail your amended return.
