Inmate Stimulus - Power of attorney

Hello, I am power of attorney for an inmate that has been incarcerated in Michigan since 2015 to the present. Is he eligible to receive the stimulus checks? If so, how do I go about filing for it for him? Can you provide step-by-step, instructions, or point me to that information?  And/or, is this something a TurboTax agent can do?

Since the prison was supporting him, it is highly likely that the prison system received his stimulus payments.   Check with his warden.  It is too late to get any but the last stimulus.  If that was never applied for then file a 2021 tax return to receive it.
