Info from 2020 not carrying over/populating in TT 2021 (desktop edition)

My information from last year when I used TT h&b does not seem to be uploading/carrying over/populating into TT h&b 2021.  What a huge PITA.  That is one of the best options parts of using TT year after year after year...not to mention it carries over all my depreciation and equipment.  HELP!

Did you select Continue without Transferring? 

Did you choose the correct .tax 2020 file?
