My dependent mistakenly e-filed a return indicating they would not be claimed as a dependent on my return. When I e-filed the federal, and two state returns, all were rejected. I understand how to file an amended federal return for my dependent. Once this is processed, will the federal return be automatically accepted along with the two states returns. If not, what do I do to get my federal and state returns accepted. Do they all have to be mailed now?

All have to be mailed since the IRS will not have the updated information from the amended tax return for several months
One of the states is NY. Turbo tax has a warning that NY State returns must be e-Filed. So what do I do with that NY State Return

A New York state tax return can be printed and mailed if the software being used does not support e-filing the state tax return.
See this New York state website - https://www.tax.ny.gov/tp/efile/mandate_participants.htm
