I have e-filed my 2021 tax return and TurboTax notifies me of an IRS rejection with error IND-031-04, which is indicative of my e-file return using the wrong 2020 AGI amount.
I have just obtained my 2020 tax transcript from the IRS and the AGI on file with the IRS is the same as on my 2020 TurboTax 1040 Form, and is the same as I entered in my 2021 e-filing.
Has anyone else encountered this malfunction in TurboTax? If so, how did you resolve it?

There is a good possibility that the IRS processed your 2020 tax return late in the year so that your 2020 AGI is not in their database.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.

That did it, thank you Don!
