incomplete taxes filed by tax man through parents

my father thought he knew everything and filed papers i had given him which werent complete. tax guy filed them and now i cant file on turbotax which has my complete info and now im getting $3000 less dollars

You should go back to the "tax man" and have him file a 2021 amended return for you to add the information that was not reported on the original 2021 tax return.
