In reviewing information Michael's date of birth is wrong. It's actually Kayleen's. How can I go back to fix it.

You can change your dates of birth in My Info.

Log into your account,

click Take me to My Return,

Go to My Info. (left side)

Click the blue edit pencil beside each child you would like to edit. Change it here. Erase and retype both dates of birth.
