As of March 2017 (the date of this answer), you can still purchase TurboTax software for the 2013, 2014, or 2015 tax years directly from us.  With this software you can also download the corresponding Iowa (or other) state programs for the 2013, 2014 or 2015 tax years (at no additional charge).  And then using this TurboTax desktop software, you can amend a prior year tax return.

While the online TurboTax software versions for those tax years have all been discontinued, and are no longer available, we feature the 2013, 2014, and 2015 software for sale at the following TurboTax website:

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Please keep in mind that unless you also have your original TurboTax data file for the relevant tax year, in order to properly amend a tax return, the user first has to completely and accurately "recreate" their original tax return (as filed with the federal and / or state revenue authorities), before they can then "amend" their original tax return.  Thus, as you should be able to see from this description, it's clearly a lot of work on the part of the taxpayer (you).  However, if you don't mind spending the time involved to do so -- or if the additional tax refund makes it worthwhile -- then this is the process to amend a prior year return, where the data file is missing.

On the other hand, if you have the TurboTax data file from the prior year, or can obtain it, then the process is very much faster and easier, since the user doesn't have to first recreate an original tax return before amending.  You may additionally find this TurboTax FAQ webpage to be helpful:
