I need to know whats going on with my state tax

Depending on the state, the forms may not yet be available for release and e-filing. See the link below for more information about your state:

If your state forms have been released please note that E-filing a state is only allowed once a federal return is accepted/rejected. State returns will show incomplete until federal has been accepted. The IRS will not begin accepting tax returns until Monday 1/23/17. See this TurboTax FAQ for more information

Im in virginia and they are ready.. i filed 1/23/2017.. it usually get accepted the next day
