Can I return to the income section for changes once I have completed all of the steps?

Click on Federal on the left side of the screen.  Click on Wages and Income.
If you have not filed the tax return then you can change anything on your tax return before filing

If your tax return has been accepted by the IRS then you will need to wait until it is processed and file an amended return to add additional income.
