Turbotax mistake at self employment

If you received a 1099-Misc for independent contracting, consulting, or freelance work, the IRS considers you to be self-employed (sole proprietor). In order to accurately report your 1099-Misc income and related expenses, you need to use TurboTax Self-Employed.
