Tax Year Prior to 2020: I havent gotten my form for my ins. yet

If you purchased from a state exchange or the Healthcare.gov marketplace, you will receive a (Form 1095-A) many of those are prepared and available to retrieve online.  If you used the Healthcare.gov marketplace, you can go to this link HealthCare Marketplace and log in to see if yours is ready.

That said, if you have insurance outside of the Marketplace (employer provided, or an outside insurer), you will receive a Form 1095-B and 1095-C.  Neither of those two forms have to be reported on your tax return. But, you might be able to get it online from your insurance company, if they have prepared it already.  If not, they should all be sent out soon.  What date they are sent will depend on the company issuing them, but they are due March 2, 2017.
